The Carassauga India Pavilion website is operated by WEConnect Community Services, a non-profit organization based in Mississauga, Ontario. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site or contact us, and how we use it.

What we collect

When you send us a message, apply as a vendor or performer, or ask about sponsorship through a form on this site, we receive the details you enter: typically your name, business name, email address, phone number and your message. Forms are delivered through our secure form provider and stored in our contact system so our team can reply.

Like most websites, our hosting and analytics tools automatically record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the time of your visit. We use this in aggregate to understand how the site is used and to keep it secure.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry, application or sponsorship request.
• To send festival updates if you have asked to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To improve the website and plan the pavilion.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site and the festival (for example our hosting, form and email providers), and only for those purposes.
